The Patil Recharge/ Patil SoftTech Solutions Services shall be used by You subject to Your adherence with the T&Cs. As long as You accept and comply with these T&Cs, Patil Recharge/ Patil SoftTech Solutions grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable privilege to enter and use the Patil Recharge/ Patil SoftTech Solutions Platform and/or avail the Patil Recharge/ Patil SoftTech Solutions Services.

    • You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Prepaid Payment Account Services or Single-Sign-On Services;
    • You have valid and subsisting right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions and to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained herein; and You are not impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity.
    • All references in these Terms and Conditions to You or Your shall refer to the users or Customer of Website or Merchant Site(s).
    • All references in these Terms and Conditions to We, Us, or Our shall refer to Patil Recharge/ Patil SoftTech Solutions, and their respective affiliates, as the case may be.
